Return Policy:
Eligibility Window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your shoes to initiate a return or exchange.
Store Credit: No direct refunds will be provided. Instead, we offer online store credit for the amount of your purchase.
Product Condition: Shoes must be returned in new, unworn, and resellable condition. They will be subject to inspection upon receipt. Any items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
